Terms of Service

WebLift Studio provides web design, development, and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Website maintenance and support
• Custom web applications

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure you have the rights to all content provided to us
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer fees are due in advance
• Additional work outside the original scope will be billed separately

Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

• Suspension of services until payment is received
• Late fees of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts
• Transfer of hosting and domain ownership may be delayed

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays may occur due to:

• Late client feedback or approval
• Changes to project scope
• Technical complications
• Third-party service delays

We will communicate any potential delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us, including text, images, logos, and other materials.

Our Work Product

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code, designs, and other deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain rights to:

• General methodologies, techniques, and know-how
• Reusable code components and frameworks
• The right to showcase your project in our portfolio

Our Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We provide a 30-day warranty on completed work for bug fixes and minor adjustments.

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, we make no warranties and disclaim all warranties, including:

• Specific performance metrics or results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with future technology changes
• Third-party service availability or performance

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for payment of work completed
• We will provide deliverables for work completed and paid for
• Each party will return or destroy confidential information
• Ongoing service agreements may be terminated with 30 days' notice

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, or internet/hosting service failures.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
